UIC Coaching is looking to hire approximately 20 undergraduate students (second year/sophomore through seniors/final year) for the Peer Success Coaching Program this academic year!
Interviews are currently being held and will continue until all positions are filled.
Here is some basic information about the position:
- Hourly rate is $13.00 per hour
- Students should expect to work during the Fall & Spring term and work an average of 5-7 hours per week.
- Students will receive ongoing professional development and must be available Fridays from 3-5 pm.
- Students who join the team will be mentored and supported by UIC Transition Coaches and ACE Graduate Assistants.
- To qualify, students must demonstrate academic success and complete an application (link below). A minimum of one reference letter is required.
