To help UIC women and nonbinary students compete for highly paid jobs that require tech skills, Break Through Tech Chicago is encouraging you to take an entry-level computer science course in fall 2022. This opportunity is available for a limited number of students each semester.
This is a great opportunity for you to explore how adding a tech and computing skill set will unlock a greater range of rewarding career and graduate opportunities. If you participate in this program, a computer science course for complete beginners in UIC’s fall session, we'll cover the cost of your textbook. CS 111 will increase your technical skill set and can set you up to continue on for a minor in computer science if you wish.
Request registration for our fall section of CS 111. Only 48 seats are available. When the course is full, registration will close.
