This is a 2-credit course is designed to provide you with an opportunity to gain knowledge and skills from an occupational therapy perspective to promote self-management and wellbeing for yourself and others, applying the concepts to academic, social, work, and professional roles. Topics include stress management, mindfulness, rest, sleep, academic wellbeing, career balance, preventing burnout, and foundations of happiness.
Sophomore standing and above is recommended but not required.
There are no prerequisite requirements

The Honors Supplement is an Honors project undertaken in a non-Honors course with the approval of both the primary instructor of the course and the student’s Faculty Fellow.
