My name is Daniella Sanchez and I graduated from the Honors College at UIC in 2016. I’m currently working at Resilience as a Legal and Medical advocate and Legal Advocacy Intern Supervisor. Resilience, formally known as Rape Victim Advocates is a nonprofit organization that provides free counseling, legal and medical advocacy to survivors of sexual assault and abuse. I’m currently looking for 1 legal advocate intern to start this September and wanted to share this opportunity with you in hopes you could pass it along to your students.
Ideally, I would like the candidate to undergo our 60-hour sexual assault training at no cost to them. I have attached a packet of the application as well as a support group we have with open spots! If you have any questions regarding the position , please feel free to contact me.
