I'm subleasing a room in a four-bedroom house with three other junior girls. Rent is $650 a month plus utilities. Your room would already come with a bed frame, mattress, built-in bookshelf, and desk. It's only a ten-minute walk to the main quad, and there are three nearby bus stops as well.
