Hello! I am interested in subleasing my room in a 2br apartment on 4th and Daniel in Champaign. 6 minutes to walk to the quad (3 blocks!) and right next to a 22Illini bus stop. Sublease is available January-August, but if you don't need the summer we can work something else out!! The rent is $515 and negotiable and includes water. You would be living with a female UIUC student. In this apartment, there are two bedrooms but one is significantly bigger than the other (with a huge closet!) and that's the bedroom you would have! The floor plan I've posted is the one of the Campustown website, but it doesn't quite do the apartment justice. It's VERY spacious for being a 2br! (Full living room AND dining room!) The apartment comes fully furnished with couches, tables and chairs, and the bedroom has a dresser and a full-sized bed. This bedroom is HUGE! There's a parking lot right next to the building that is perfect for guests. I often have weekend visitors and they're able to park there all weekend for free! Also very convenient for move-in and move-out.
