Room available immediately (or at the start of the spring semester) for sublet in a four bedroom apartment, for a female student. Rent is $395 a month including high speed internet and cable. Room is furnished with a full size bed, dresser, and desk. Attached to the room is a personal bathroom. There is a shared living room, kitchen, and in apartment laundry facilities. Parking is available in a lot right outside of the building. The complex is located on Lincoln just a short bus or bike ride from campus. The bus stop is located just outside of the apartment complex.
There is a clubhouse at the complex with an indoor pool, fitness room, pool tables, and a tanning bed. My roommates would prefer a non-smoker. This really is a great location at a great price (the rate is 20 dollars less than is offered by the apartment complex currently).
