  Hello,

  I am looking for one person to sublease to for the summer of 2024 (May 17, 2024 to August 5, 2024). The rent is 659.25 per person. The apartment is one block away from the the Transit Plaza bus stop, Green Street, and all amenities, and includes in-unit washer/dryer. Attached herewith are images of what the apartment will look like.
