SUBLEASE Spring 2025 (short term lease available)
Hello! I am looking for someone to sublease from me (1 or 2 bedrooms available) this upcoming spring 2025 at Latitude Apartments. The apartment is a fully furnished 4 bed 4 bath (you will be living with 3 respectful and clean girls) and very close to the engineering quad (Around 5 min walk to the ECEB). The sublease will last from January 2025 until July 2025. The building is in a very quiet area and there is a bus stop right
in front of the building, so it is really easy to get anywhere on campus including the main quad or the BIF! Latitude is very luxurious and has a ton of amenities such as a pool, gym, hot tub, many study spaces, rooftop grill, walk-in closets, and a connected restaurant.
