Hello! I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment from January to July 2027. It is located on First and Daniel (S First St), which is next to the 22 Illini and 14 Navy bus stop. It is a 1-bath, 1-bedroom, and a comfortable and extremely spacious area.
The Apartment
- Newly renovated in the last 2 years
- Fully furnished (bed, study table, dining table + chairs, coffee + side tables, sofa
- Smart TV in the living room and bedroom
- Dishwasher, microwave, full-sized fridge
- Washer/Dryer in the building
- 2 air conditioning and heating units (bedroom and living room)
Other Information
- There are options for parking spots to lease seperately
- The only utility cost to pay is for water/sewer ($20). Gas, electric, internet, etc, are all included in the rent.
- I pay a home insurance premium that I will cover during the sublease.
- Pets are allowed, but at an additional charge.
