- Fully furnished, spacious, clean and well-lit, and well-maintained unit
- Amenities include study rooms, gym, play/games area, etc.
- Internet, TV, and in-unit Washer & Dryer.
Currently occupied by three female roommates (Sophomores), who are friendly and organized. The building/apartment is right next to the bus stop on Green Street and close to Walgreens, within walkable distance from Target, County Market, and Univeristy.
