Hi, I am renting out my apartment at the Suites on Third from June to July 31st. The apartment is 3b3b but only one guy may be staying over the summer. The original rent is $1099pm but I am willing to start at $800pm at a huge discount, subject to negotation.
Amenities include washer/dryer, small balcony, gym. Location is just off green street close to main quad.
