I'm in a 4-bedroom apartment and I'm not living there this summer, so I need someone to replace me. You'd be living with three girls, all students. Rent is $400/month, utilities are $50, which includes water, electricity and internet (total $450). I'm willing to negotiate the rent. The address is 502 W. Green St. in Urbana. It's about a 15-18 minute walk to the Quad. And the 5W/5E Green is right outside of the apartment. The apartment is 990 sq. ft., with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (so you'd be sharing a bathroom), a washer/dryer in unit, and fully furnished.
