I am looking to sublease my room for Spring semester. The room and apartment are very well maintained, and spacious. The apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen has a brand new refrigerator and dish washer. There is a laundry machine right by the room within the building. The building is located at 1004 South LocUst Street. The location is perfect for a student. It's very quiet. Also, there is a bus line right near the building, but I haven't had any problems just walking to class (very close to the ARC as well.)
