I'm off campus for next semester and the summer and was hoping someone could take my lease. I currently live with 3 other roommates(all male) and they're all SUPER clean and VERY friendly. The apartment is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom type and the room I'm subleasing has a bathroom attached to it.
HERE Champaign apartments are very well furnished and it's a 4x4 aerial type. The location is prime as well on Green St. (very close to Lion and Kams).
Some amenities:
- 24/7 Gym
- Golf Simulator
- Bowling alley
- Study rooms with a conference room you can reserve(super helpful IMO)
- Hot tub
I currently pay $909(base rent) + $12.95(insurance for appt.) + $5.95(rent plus service) = $927.90, but I'm extremely flexible with the rent. There also might be a one-time sublease fee and I'd love if you could split that up with me!
