I'm in a 4-bedroom apartment and I'm not living there this semester or summer, so I need someone to replace me. You'd be living with three girls, all students. They're all super nice and accepting. Rent is $400/month, utilities are $50, which includes water, electricity and internet (total $450). I'm willing to negotiate the rent. The address is 502 W. Green St. in Urbana. It's about a 15-18 minute walk to the Quad. And the 5W/5E Green is right outside of the apartment. The apartment is 990 sq. ft., with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (so you'd be sharing a bathroom), a washer/dryer in unit, and fully furnished.
It would be great to have someone sublease starting in March, or if you only want it for the summer, that's fine too. My lease ends August 9th.
