Looking to sublease my room at 105 S Wright St for the fall semester, from August through December 2026. The apartment building is a 2 minute walk to ECEB, less than 10 minutes to the main quad. Rent is $709 a month, covers all utilities except electricity. I’ve already paid the August rent, so the first month is free.
