  Hi,
  I have a nice 1br apt close to campus (especially for engineers - just 2 blocks from Siebel et al).

  I'm looking for someone to sublease it for the summer, or take over the lease (Fall 2014 and Spring 2015).

  The rent is 495$ + utilities. It is fully furnished!
