I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a room in a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment in West Quad, located very close to the University of Illinois campus in Champaign. The lease runs from August 20, 2025 to July 31, 2026.
You would be sharing the apartment with three other students:
Two female students from ICAI (Madrid) who will be there for the full academic year.
One female student from ICADE (Madrid) for the first semester; in the second semester, another student (probably male) will move in.
The apartment is modern, fully furnished, and includes a shared living room, kitchen, and in-unit laundry. West Quad also offers great amenities, including study spaces, gym, and social areas.
