My roommate and I are looking to sublease both of our bedrooms in a clean 2-bedroom apartment at One-South in Urbana this summer. The unit has a 40" flat screen, couch, coffee table, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, washer and dryer, and each bedroom has a bathroom. At the One-South facility, there is an outdoor pool, sand volleyball court, a gym, and a clubhouse containing a pool table, a few computers, and a Ping-Pong table. Living at One-South also gives you access to the amenities at One-North, which contains a slightly larger gym, an indoor pool, and a clubhouse containing 2 pool tables and a Ping-Pong tables. Also parking is free at both One-Illinois facilities.
Rent will be $525/month/person + monthly utilities. My roommate and I hope to fill both bedrooms for the summer, but if we are only able to find one person at a given time, then we will lock the unoccupied bedroom (the sublease will only pay for one bedroom, my roommate and I will split the cost of the remaining bedroom).
