I am graduating this Spring from U of I, but I already signed the One north's apartment for next year. Apartment set is a 4 bedroom (so have three roommates, rest of them are really nice people) and individual bathroom in your room. This apartment is individual lease, so you only need to pay your own rent to One north office directly, no need to separate your bills with roommates etc...
