I am looking for someone to rent my half of a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment for Summer 2014.
My roommate will be staying for the summer, so you must be a girl, also.
Rent is $590 and that includes a parking space, although I am flexible.
The unit is fully furnished with its own washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The bedroom has it's own private bathroom and TWO closets.
The building is brand new as of Fall 2013, so it is in wonderful condition. Very secure entry into building at every door and multiple security cameras throughout public areas of the building.
The address is 53 E. Chalmers St. and the landlord is Smith Apartments. The building is on the South-East corner of Locust and Chalmers.
