Subtenant needed (earliest possible move-in date May 20th; lease ends Aug 11th). The building is 1005 S. Second Street near 2nd and Armory. Close to the IKE and the ARC.
I will be asking for $350/month with $25/month to go towards electricity bill and I will pay the rest of rent and utilities. I will be asking for the total amount for the summer upfront.
Apartment includes refrigerator, microwave, electric stovetop w/oven, private balcony, considerable closet space, full size bed, washers and dryers within the building (only $1 for each), secure (locked) entrances to the building
*I had the couch, dresser, tables, and chairs that came with the apt removed because I had my own. However, I can leave my table, chair, and dresser if needed.
I LOVED living in this studio and will miss it dearly. The apartment is spacious (i have one of the larger studios) and gets plenty of light from the huge sliding door. The window faces north so the sun is not ever beating down on you (both of these things save a lot of $ on electricity).
