This apartment complex was completely rented out for 2014/2015 in November last year.
I was lucky enough to get what i feel was the best option in the building for size and cost.
Unfortunately due to some unforeseen issues I have to leave UIUC.

Parking is available for rent through university group as well if you have a car, though it will be a separate lease.
I would really like to get this place rented before I leave on May 14th, if we can make that happen I may be into negotiating the deposit fees to help make the transition easier for you.
