House is two-stories and located in Urbana. Nearby you will find three bus lines, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores.
The room which is for rent is downstaris and the bathroom is shared with another graduate roommate. The thurd roommate lives in the second floor and has her own bathroom. The place is very spacious and comfortable for three people.
Rent is $295 including all utilites. Rm available now. Anyone interested will be taking over my lease which ends July 31, 2014. If you would like the place beyond that date, you have the option of signing a different contract with the landlord.
