Hello, I am subleasing an apartment at 309 E. Green for Spring Semester (January 2015). The price is $750 per month and includes all Utilities. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. I have the lease from January 2015-August 2015. If you are not staying for summer, I can do the lease from January 2015-May 2015 and so on, as I will be coming back for summer.
