Hi! I am subleasing my apartment for Spring 2026 (January - May) and/or Summer 2026 (May - July). I live at the Rive Champaign (East Green St.) I am in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment and am subleasing my bedroom and bathroom. I live with two girls so am looking for a girl to take over my lease! The amenities are great and the location even better. I live on the second floor, so I have direct courtyard access. The apartment is fully furnished, and I am willing to leave my kitchen supplies as well. Rent is around $1k a month but I am willing to negotiate!
