I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for Spring 2026 at the Rive. I’m currently on exchange for Fall 2025 and will be leaving at Christmas, so my apartment will be available for the Spring 2026 semester. Can move in as early as 15th of December and i will cover all of December rent and utilities!

I currently live with three other exchange students who are also subleasing for Spring 2026, so multiple rooms available to sublease if you’re coming with friends but rooms are filling so enquire asap if you are looking for multiple rooms.
