Hi! I’m looking for a female subleaser for my spot at S. Third Street for the Spring 2027 semester, as I'll be studying abroad then. The apartment is a 3 bed / 2 bath, and the room I am subleasing is nice and spacious with an attached en suite bathroom and large closet. You would be living with one of my current roommates (female) and another subleasee (female), as my other roommate is also going abroad in the Spring.
