Hi! I'm looking to sublease my room for the Spring 2025 semester (FEMALE ONLY).
The apartment is located on E. Daniel Street and is a two-story 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment (subleasing room is on the bottom floor).
Rent is $632, NOT including power and water, due at the first day of each month.
It is a furnished two-story apartment with a spacious living room, washer and dryer, and bus stop conveniently right in front of the apartment.
There are three other female roommates, all rising juniors, and all very sweet people!
Sublease is from January 2025 until May 2025 but I am open to Summer 2025 sublease if interested.
