Hi, I need to move because my family is coming to visit, and I am trying to sublet my current apt for next year. It locates at "506 E Stoughton", and will be available anytime to your convenience
Why do I like this apt:
1) super convenient to UI engineering student
5mins walking to Engineering library
<5mins walking to County Market
<5mins walking to Far East and several other Asian food shops
<2mins walking to several Bus stops
2) it is a studio at top floor (3rd), facing a parking lot, instead of other windows from the neighbouring building. Oh, I love the sunlight in the morning lol...
3) as I renewed the lease, the rent remains $10 lower than currently advertised. If you choose to renew the lease, you will get another $100 bonus
4) it is newly remodeled, and I am keeping the apt clean and tidy
