My apartment is a fully furnished efficiency located 507 E. Clark St. It's close to the engineering quad. The rent is $615 and utility fee (water, sewer, and recycling) is $45. There's a laundry machine and a drier, microwave, full kitchen, dishwasher, flat screen TV, and full bath. Internet is included with the rent. I'll be staying in campus for fall 2014 semester only, so when I move out, I can give you the electronics (such as toaster and coffee machine) and other kitchenware I have. I am trying to sublet my apartment for Spring 2015 semester and the summer 2015. But, subletting it for only Spring 2015 semester is possible.
