My one bed/one bath apartment will be available January-August 2015 (with December move in possible). The apartment is located at 710 W. Church Street, walking distance to West Side Park and Downtown Champaign, on a bus line to campus. Rent is $635 per month - this includes heat, water, sewer, trash/recycling, and a parking space. There is also a free (not coin-operated) washer and dryer in the basement.
