I have a newly built 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment available for subleasing next semester (spring 2015). There are currently 3 male roommates occupying the space. Additionally there is a parking spot available. The price range is $790 (can be negotitated), if the parking spot is needed it will be an additional $70 a month. Great location at 112 E Chalmers, and roommates are easy to live with.
