MAY PAID! $500 rent (usually $910) and a fixed $100 utility fee. You will only have to pay for June and July, but I will be leaving in mid May!
Subleasing my room with attached bathroom in a 4x4 for the summer. So far no one else has subleased, so the apartment will be empty this summer. The rent would only be $500 (originally $900) + $100 fixed utility fee. The apartment is very spacious, renovated, new appliances, and TV's in the rooms and living room!
