Hi! I am a swedish exchange student currently studying engineering at UIUC, Since I will return home for the spring semester I am looking for someone to sublease my bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment at ONE-South on Lincoln Ave.
I will leave some of the stuff I've bought here, like WiFi router, kitchen equipment and such. The monthly rate is 399$ a month, including everything but electricity. The electricity bill is split four ways between all the tenants of the apt, I have never seen it go above 20$/person. Also, since ONE signs four different leases which each tenant, you are not responsible for the rest of the tenants, which is a pretty nice. The bedroom is fully furnitured and the apartment is equipped with everything needed.
Getting to and from school is done easiest with bicycle or bus (5 minutes to the union, departs every 10min 24/7). I usually bicycle when it isn't too cold.
