Yes, you read that right, the rent is only $220.75 a month! Sublease available January-August 2015 (or January through May 2015). This is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on 909 S. Locust (between Daniel and Chalmers). Only 1 block away from the bus stop for the Illini on the corner of First and Daniel, so it's very convenient to get to class! The other 3 roommates are all male, but I am a female and they are very respectful roommates.
