The apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment, both bedrooms are available for sublease because my roommate is also studying abroad. It is located in 302 East John Street in the 15th floor of the building Tower at Third.
The rent is 729 dollars per months per bedroom, negotiable, we can make arrangements personally. This includes Internet, water, electricity, cable TV, A/C conditioning, full access to a 24/7 fitness center, computer lab, tanning center and basement lounge with pool table table and large TV. The apartment and kitchen are fully furnished and is composed of a lounge, a dining hall, one bathroom and several storage closets.
Also it is at the exact middle between the quad (where you will have your classes) and the Activites and Recreation center. It is only a couple minutes from the busiest bars(Red Lion, Joe's, Cly's) and restaurants (Sakanaya, Papa Del's) of Green Street.
