My name is Beichen Shao and I am going to graduate this December. So I am subleasing one bedroom in a 4BR apt in One North (1601 N Lincoln Avenue). It is avaiable for Spring 2015, from January 2 to August 2. The rent is $395 per month with high speed internet, not including utilities.
- The aparment is located north from the campus, with 22 Illini avaiable every 10 minues.
- The bus stop is close to my apt. Only in 2 minutes walk!!!
- It takes about 7 minutes to arrive at Illini Unioin from One North.
- I have 3 other roommates. All of them are senior and they are very nice person!!
- The aparment is located on the third floor and fully furnished.
- Amenities include full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, multiple cabinets, a dining table, cable, A/C, and sofa etc.
- In the bedroom, there is a study table, a double bed, a walk-in closet with mirror, few drawers, a chair, and a private bathroom.
- The management property also provides a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, a computer lab, barbecue area, and free parking!
- Response to maintenance is also fast!
- The whole property is equipped with security gate.
