I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in a 2 bdrm house starting the end of December or beginning of January until either the end of the semester or end of the summer (Aug. 1). Costs are $362.50/mo plus utilities which are split with my roommate. The house is in Champaign near two bus lines, and includes a fenced in back yard, washer and dryer, and really friendly neighbors. The landlords are great and the house has no problems.
