Yes, you read that right, the rent is only $220.75 a month! Sublease available January-August 2015 (or January through May 2015). This is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on 909 S. Locust (between Daniel and Chalmers). Only 1 block away from the bus stop for the Illini on the corner of First and Daniel, so it's very convenient to get to class! The apartment is also VERY close to D.P. Dough and Maize! The other 3 roommates are all male, but I am a female and they are very respectful roommates.
