My name is David Kim and I am on the golf team. I am looking to sublease a 1 bedroom in a 6 person, 4 story Loft. The place is called the Distillery which is located on 25 E John St, Champaign, IL, 61820 on campus. I currently live with 5 golfers currently on the UIUC golf team. All great friendly outgoing guys.
Included is a large bedroom, full size bed, dresser, private study, TV inside room, own bathroom, own shower, full kitchen with dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge, and microwave, FREE laundry facilities in building, FREE parking pass. A/C, heater on each floor, large living room with an included Big Screen TV. OWN HOT TUB and patio area on the top floor.
