There is a bedroom available in a 4 bedroom apartment this upcoming spring semester (January-mid May) for a female. I pay $438 for rent, but I am willing to negotiate. This covers sewage and trash. Utilities are currently split up between other roommates. Amenities include newly remodeled kitchen, balcony, 1.5 bathrooms, laundry in building, wifi, cable, new furniture, parking if needed. In the room to be leased a desk, dresser, bed, and large closet are included. Roommates are very nice, clean, and chill.Please email with questions.
