I am looking to sublease my room at One South for the Spring 2015 semester. Three other roommates are all girls and are friendly and easy to live with. The first roommate is an Intensive English Institute student from Saudi Arabia who speaks fluent Arabic and is practing her English. The second roommate is a double major in Community Health and Global Studies with a minor in Arabic. The third roommate is someone who is from Champaign. The rent is $399 a month and that includes cable, internet and a water allowance. There is a seperate utility bill but that is usually around $30. January rent is already paid.
