_ Second floor apartment --> a balcony you'll appreciate for stargazing, serenading the campus, or stalking
_ Dressers & desk provided
_ Laundry is on-site but none of that trudging through rain & snow bs to get laundry done (literally 5 seconds away)
_ Very clean and neat roommate
Cons: maybe just an old electric stove.
