I am subleasing one bedroom at Maywood Apartments for $575/month (price is negotiable) during the Spring and Summer semester. It is fully furnished and all utilities are included, which is a great deal. The space will be shared with three other women, but includes a full sized living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
