Hello! I, along with another roommate are looking for two (2) people to help us fill in the empty rooms in our house! Our house has a great location on Main & Gregory which has three (3) buses nearby and is within minutes of walking to the main quad. It contains washer/dryer units, 2 bathrooms, a large living space overall, spacious bedrooms with great furniture, a drive way that can accommodate up to five (5) cars, off street parking, a spacious basement, full furnished rooms, and it contains central air conditioning and a central heating system that works great!
If you are interested, you would be living with male roommates ages 22-23, very easy going, clean, and friendly! We are offering it for $400 a month for rent and utilities such as water, light/gas, and internet are extra, but they are usually fairly low.
