Hi everyone! My roommate and I are both studying abroad Spring 2024 and are looking for people to sublease our very nice 2 bedroom apartment for $820 a month plus one underground garage parking spot for an extra $100 (if interested). Our apartment is on the second floor and has a balcony, in unit washer and dryer, one spacious bathroom with two sinks, valley trash pick up 3 times a week, and comes fully furnished with everything you need (bed, dresser, couches, tables, tv, chairs, etc). Maywood Apartments has a courtyard with grills and tables that we love to hangout in and a workout room on the same floor as our apartment. Management is super nice and easy to work with, we truly love this apartment and we know anyone else would too.
