The house is in a great location: two blocks to downtown, 1 block from West Side Park, 1 block to direct bus route to campus. Walk to bars, cafes, restaurants, movies at the Art Theater year round.
The house has two fully-equipped kitchens, two sets of washers and dryers, two bathrooms, free off-street parking, and lots of living and storage space. You would be sharing a kitchen with just one other person and you would have an entire fridge to yourself! Also, you would be sharing a bathroom with just one other person.
The room available for sublease comes fully furnished with a bed, a dresser, and a shelving unit. You would share the entire house with four other people, most of whom are graduate students or former students of the university.
