Hi! I'm looking to sublease a room in West Quad for Spring 2026.
The sublease would start in January.
It’s a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a shared kitchen. My room is spacious and comfortable, and the apartment comes fully equipped (washer/dryer, TV, dishwasher, etc.). Internet and water are included in the rent, and electricity is paid separately. Parking is also available through the building if needed.
